97th post!

Ah, I've posted so much! Hard to believe I've only started it this summer... I wish I started it sooner!

The rain is so much more enjoyable indoors with a cup of green tea. I don't want to have to leave ever again. It's the perfect kind of weather for me to sit on my sofa, knit, and listen and watch the rain. (=old lady)

Oh, work. And orchestra tonight.

I guess it's almost the weekend, so that's what it'll be for (I hope it'll still be raining!).

On my way back from lab, I saw a dead bird in the dirt. Its wings were tight at its sides... makes me wonder how it died. :(

Lab-wise, I've been punching. I've been taking brain slices that I did a while ago, and punching out tiny holes of brain parts that I'm interested in, where I will be quantifying gene expression. I've done about 25 now and each one takes about 30 minutes. Ahhh so much punching.

The shiba inu puppies are still the most adorable thing ever. Lucky you, you get to read my gushing about them for the next couple of months or so!

OK, more tea, work, then maybe nap-time later as a reward! I'm wondering if I should go to senior night later... Nola's Raspberry mojito = Yum.

Update @3:11pm: Reason why Koreans are awesome, because we created bibimbap. And this video. Oh, and I know Jesus. Literally (in the video).

Update @3:33pm: Listen to Because by the Beatles while looking out of your window. Perfect. (also, adding a tag for music, since I talk about it a far amount)

Update @4:39pm: I want to go to the Viennese Ball. Pretty dress, pretty shoes, ballroom dancing... yes please!

Speaking of such things, I'm thinking of cutting my hair.
