Sometimes I get inspired by potential meals to make.
Upcoming ones:
Turkey soup with lots of veggies, just like my mom makes it. I'll even put in noodles and cheese. Mmm.Mango shrimp stir fry with tons of ginger. The prospect of ginger makes my mouth water.
Lunch tomorrow: quinoa with cucumber, avocado, kidney beans, and tomato. Borrrring.
